4. Final stage:
final painting of the ceiling and wall

laying flooring and baseboards;

installation of batteries and towel dryers;
installation of all plumbing;
installation of air conditioning and floor
heating regulators, if necessary;
installation of accessories and decorative
items.
5. Letting the apartment to the owner:
removal of all construction waste and tools;
cleaning.
